What should I know before my first visit?

Please bring your health insurance card to your first appointment and, if applicable, your bonus booklet. If you take medication regularly, please also bring an up-to-date list of your medications.

To enable us to prepare your appointment in the best possible way, we also recommend downloading our medical history questionnaire in advance, completing it in full, and bringing it with you to your appointment.

Please allow approximately 30 minutes for your initial examination so that we can take sufficient time for you and provide you with individual advice

We recommend scheduling a dental check-up every six months. Regular preventive care helps detect and treat tooth decay, gum disease, and other dental problems at an early stage. Depending on your individual oral health, a shorter or longer interval between check-ups may be advisable. We will be happy to advise you personally.

Yes. For more extensive treatments, we offer flexible financing and installment payment options in cooperation with BFS health finance GmbH upon request. We will be happy to advise you personally on the available options and work with you to find a solution that suits your individual situation.

Yes. We take extra time to care for anxious patients and provide a calm, trusting atmosphere. Our compassionate team explains every step of the treatment clearly and takes your individual needs into account. If required, we also offer treatment under general anesthesia to make your visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

We offer both professional in-office bleaching at our practice and custom-made home bleaching trays for use at home. During the in-office bleaching procedure, the bleaching gel is activated with a special bleaching light to achieve optimal results. During a personal consultation, we will help you choose the method that best suits your wishes and needs.

Please call us immediately so that we can assess your dental emergency as quickly as possible and arrange an appointment for you. During our office hours, we will do our best to treat you as soon as possible. On weekends and public holidays, please contact the emergency dental service.

Many statutory health insurance providers cover the cost of a professional dental cleaning in full or in part, or offer a subsidy. The exact level of coverage depends on your health insurance provider and your individual plan. We will be happy to advise you and provide information about the expected costs and possible reimbursement options.
